The new government announcement puts Warrington, Cheshire and Wigan into Tier, and St Helens and the Liverpool City Region in Tier 3. The good news is that we are still available for customers who need a plumber of heating engineer in all tiers.

What are the restrictions in tier four?

• You can only meet one other person from another household outdoors in public, and you must both be alone
• You can only go shopping for essentials like food or medicine
• You must only leave home for work, training, education, medical appointments, childcare and emergencies

What are the restrictions in tier three?

• You can’t mix indoors, in gardens or most outdoor venues, except with your own household
• You can meet in a group of 6 or less outdoors
• Shops, gyms and personal care services can stay open
• Bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants must close, except for delivery or takeaway
• People are advised not to travel between tiers
