Record Keeping: checks having being completed must be passed to your tenants within 28 days, and it should be given to all new residents at the start of their tenancy. If the rental period is regularly less than 28 days, then you can put a copy of the record on display within the dwelling in a prominent place. You have to keep copies of records of gas checks for a minimum of 24 months.
