No Hot Water Boiler Fault

L&W Plumbing and Heating Services recently had an emergency call where the customer was reporting that they had no hot water coming from their homes combination boiler & was desperate to get it back up and working. The customer was worried that due to the age of the boiler a replacement boiler may have been the only option.

When the engineer attended the customer explained that the boiler wouldn’t fire up and there was no hot water.  The diagnosis was very quick the engineer found that the diaphragm to the front section of the divertor valve was defective.  Luckily for customer who thought they may have to get a replacement the engineer actually had a repair kit on the van which meant this repair could be carried immediately.

The customer was over the moon that the repair was carried out in a timely fashion and they didn’t have to have the boiler replaced.
