Central Heating System Upgrade Case Study
Enquiry: Central Heating System upgrade
Reason: The current system was working however the customer decided that it was time to upgrade to a system with higher efficiency.
The process:
- Our engineer attended for a free no-obligation survey allowing for the engineer and customer to discuss their requirements.
- Following on from this the estimate was formulated by a member of the office team and sent out to the customer for their consideration.
- Customer accepted and booked in suitable dates for the installation.
- Installation carried out on the agreed date.
Customer’s choice: Worcester 30i combination boiler and a Worcester 22mm system filter.
Benefits:
- An A-rated boiler was fitted so the customer has a higher efficiency heating system in comparison to their previous system.
- As we are Worcester Accredited Installers we were able to offer the customer a 10-year manufacturers warranty.
- The customer has been added to our servicing list allowing us to send a free reminder when the boiler service is due – keeping in line with Worcester’s term and conditions for the 10-year warranty.
- The Worcester system filter is attached to the heating system – the purpose of the filter is to collect debris and remove it from the system.
