Common Christmas boiler service problems

Some of the challenges we often find during Christmas boiler services are:

Automatic air vent

If this is broken, you will see dripping water or limescale building up outside, near the vent.

Pressure relief valve

A blocked or broken valve can lead to constant dripping water from the copper pipework outside.

Sludge Build Up

Diverter valve fault
