Combi boilers come in three size ranges from 24kW to 42kW.

As a ballpark guide, most Wigan flats, apartments and small homes (with up to 10, average sized radiators and one bathroom) require a small 24 – 27kw Combi Boiler.

You should be aware that combi boilers do cope well with more than one shower running simultaneously. If you need this, then a system boiler with an unvented cylinder or, alternatively, an electric shower should be considered.
