Keep Records: A record of the annual gas safety check should be given to your tenants within 28 days of its completion, or to all new tenants at the start of their tenancy. If the rental period is less than 28 days (for example a holiday home) then you may put a copy of the record on display in a prominent position within the dwelling. You must keep copies of the record for at least two years.
